Peanut Butter is a must in our house, almost everyday my 4 year old takes a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to school and it’s my kid’s favorite snack and since peanuts have more than 30 essential vitamins and nutrients and they’re considered a Superfood plus they’re an affordable source of protein,  I know my kids are eating a healthy snack. As a mom of 2 young boys, every day I’m Juggling work, family and activities and as you know, this can take a lot out of us, so I’m always looking for food to help me get through the day or night, that’s why  I love roasted peanuts, I always have a ziploc bag with me and if I’m feeling down or need a little bit of energy a handful of roasted peanuts provide  me the lasting energy I need to continue with my busy day.because did you know, that with 7 grams per serving, peanuts have more energy boosting protein than any other nut!

sugar cookies and peanut butter recipe

Peanuts and peanut butter are super convenient, you can add it to anything you want and they’re are a smart addition to your diet any time of the day, that’s why I came up with my sugar cookies with peanut butter and peanuts, which I call my “SuperCookies” and they turned out to be extremely delicious and when my  kids tried them, they called me, “The best chef in the world”! These cookies are very easy to prepare and they’re great for any occasion, for example,  instead of being circles, you can use Halloween or Christmas cookie cutters.
