Disneynature’s BEARS, is Funny, Educational and Majestic!

Disneynature’s BEARS

During the Disney Media Moms Conference at the Dinsneyland Resort at Anaheim, CA, we had the opportunity to watch an exclusive preview of Disneynature’s BEARS which opens in theaters everywhere on April 18th!

When I told my kids we were going to watch the film, my oldest didn’t want to see it, I guess he tougth it would be boring to watch a movie about bears, specially when instead they could go to a Disney park,so, I told them we would go and watch the movie for 15 minutes and if they didn’t like it we could leave the theater, well to make a long story short, we all watched the whole film and my children loved it!!!

Expect the unexpected

Disneynature’s new True Life Adventure “Bears” showcases a year in the life of a bear family as two impressionable young cubs are taught life’s most important lessons. The film is hilarious voiced by John C. Reilly (Wreck-It Ralph) What can yo expect right? Who tells us the story of mama bear and 2 cute baby bears during when their journey begins as winter comes to an end and the bears emerge from hibernation to face the bitter cold.

Reilly does an excellent job narrating the story, he keeps things lively and entertaining, he even pretends to be one of the baby bears and says things like, “Mom! a clam is stuck on mt claw, help!” or “Why is this bird keeps following us?” it’s extremely funny, my kids couldn’t stop laughing and me too as well!

Beautiful Film

Disneynature’s BEARS is set against a majestic Alaskan backdrop, so the scenes are beautiful, I mean is Disney, what do expect right? The story is very entertaining, is sad, funny and very educational, even I learned so ,much about how bears live and my kids are still talking about it

There’s Suspense

But don’t take me wrong, there’s is some suspense, action, thrills and adventure, the film will keep you on the edge of your seat at times and you will find yourself worried and hoping the bear family will make it to a safe place, I won’t give you specify details because I would spoil the film for you, but is quite exciting!

Bears opens in theaters Friday before April 18th just in time for Earth Dayt (April 22nd) and is the perfect family movie for the Easter weekend or any other day, the whole family will love it, we certainly did! You’ll definitely see on Disneynature’s BEARS Alastair Fothergill and Keith Scholey signature, the British documentarians also responsible for Disneynature’s “Chimpanzee” and “African Cats.”
