Children are back to school and getting into the daily routine again and bedtime could be a problem for some children who don’t want to go to sleep.
Did you know drinking a warm glass of milk before bedtime helps children and yourself sleep better? And not only that, the next morning they will be alert and awake, ready to go to school.
In this video I show you my daily routine starting at 6pm every school night, that helps my family have a good night sleep.
Which includes, watching the California Milk Board’s TV spot, “Ya es hora de ir a la cama” every night between 7-9 pm PT on Telemundo and Univision, which reminds parents and children that it’s time to go to bed and reading a bedtime story .
