10 easy exercises to jump-start your fitness routine #Hazloejercicio

The Holidays are over, so there’s no excuse to eat all we want anymore right?

If you’re one of the millions of people who are unsatisfied with their body weigh or just want to feel healthier,  January is the perfect time to start a new fitness plan, In fact, about a third of New Year’s resolvers make weight loss their primary goal, and about 15% aim to begin an exercise program, the problem is that by February most people break their New Year’s resolution and one of the reasons is because we set very high goals and expectations, for example, going to the gym 7 days a week and lose 10 pounds by February 1st, this is not realistic!

To be successful in our quest to be healthier and lose those extra pounds we need a simple and easy to follow plan, that’s why I was very excited to hear about the Hazlo Ejercicio” video segments a series of 10 exercises you can easily incorporate in your daily routine, they are so easy you can do them, while cleaning the house or even working, here’s a great example;

It’s so easy! Here’s me doing this exercise, called, “Pantorrilla Amarilla”  to stretch my calves,

After my 20 repetitions, I felt energized and ready to keep on going with my daily routine, I also drank a glass of chocolate milk  to help my muscles recover!

  2. I’m loving this campaign. I try to do workouts around the house all the time. I’ll get up from computer and do squats or pushups. You have to get exercise in when you can.
    You’re so fit by the way!
